About The Position
This part-time role involves contacting recent UT graduates from May 2025 to gather information about their post-graduation career outcomes. The collected data is used to celebrate graduate successes and to help current students make informed decisions about their academic and professional paths, identify networking opportunities, and understand diverse career trajectories. The position is on campus and requires up to 20 hours per week, with compensation at $15.00 per hour.
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using research tools such as LinkedIn.
- Ability to manage and maintain sensitive data with integrity.
- Networking abilities and comfort level engaging with diverse alumni.
- Effective time management to balance a part-time (20-hour) work schedule with studies.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with cold-calling, canvassing, or outreach.
- Knowledge of the 12Twenty platform
- Basic Excel Skills
- Customer service experience
Responsibilities
- Connect with May 2026 UT graduates via phone calls and social media to learn about their career journeys.
- Verify and update alumni information by navigating LinkedIn and other professional platforms.
- Organize and manage data while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
