About The Position

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree Marketing, Business, Healthcare or Related Field Required
  • 3 years Event planning and coordination, preferably in a healthcare environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Extensive project management experience.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with marketing and communications department leadership to determine if an event should be part of the marketing strategy.
  • Oversee and develop various aspects of major or minor events (virtual and in-person).
  • Thoroughly researching and coordinating each item in a creative and efficient and timely manner.
  • Professionally and effectively work with other departments and community groups on pertinent event details to ensure efficient and high-quality events.
  • Manages and coordinate special events, communications, and budgets (e.g., blessings, grand openings, anniversaries, support for foundation and community health improvement events, and others as assigned.
  • Manage and coordinate booth set up and staffing for health screenings and external event participation.
  • Manage volunteers, staff, screeners, and vendors for events.
  • Collaborate with marketing and communications team to develop collateral materials, signage, presentations, displays, and media relations necessary for events.
  • Primarily coordinate CBISA reporting and associated activities.
  • Submit CBISA information and participate in community health improvement discussions.
  • Support any activities that are required to meet accreditation standards.
