Outreach and Enrollment Specialist
About The Position

This position enrolls qualified patients into state-funded medical assistance programs and facilitates enrollment in clinic discounted fee programs for uninsured individuals who do not qualify for state-funded assistance. This position also develops and maintains working relationships with local organizations and county service agency personnel to establish collaborative outreach efforts.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Minimum two (2) years’ experience in customer service.
