Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish required.
- Minimum two (2) years’ experience in customer service.
- Commitment to MFHC’s mission of equitable, accessible healthcare.
Nice To Haves
- Associates degree preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- To enroll qualified patients into state-funded medical assistance programs and facilitate enrollment in clinic discounted fee programs for uninsured individuals who do not qualify for state-funded assistance.
- Develops and maintains working relationships with local organizations and county service agency personnel to establish collaborative outreach efforts.
