The Outpatient Wound Care Program Director is primarily responsible for the relationship management aspects of referral development specific to outpatient wound care services. This role serves as the Program Director of the hospital-based and/or freestanding outpatient wound care clinic. Responsibilities include physician office calls, networking, participation in professional healthcare organizations, educational in-services, and support of community initiatives such as health fairs/screenings or other community-sponsored activities to raise awareness of PAM Health programs and services. Secondarily, the role is responsible for coverage for clinical care to ensure a consistent level of service for clinic needs. Other related duties as assigned or requested.
