About The Position

Innovative Therapy Concepts (ITC), a Physical Therapist-owned and operated management organization founded in 2006, is partnering with Northside Gwinnett to provide therapy services. ITC is seeking a Physical Therapist with a passion for delivering excellent patient experiences in an outpatient setting. The primary patient population includes individuals with acute or chronic wounds, and recent traumatic wounds and/or surgeries. The Physical Therapist will provide specialized treatment using research-based wound care techniques, focusing on wound healing, patient education, and recovery. Services are delivered in a state-of-the-art facility equipped with evidence-based equipment and supplies to ensure the highest level of care for the diverse population of Gwinnett County.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
• Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state of Georgia.
• Experienced and Certified as a Wound care clinician.
• Responsible individual with a solid work ethic.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Current AHA BLS certification.
