About The Position

Innovative Therapy Concepts (ITC), a Physical Therapist-owned management organization founded in 2006, is partnering with Northside Gwinnett to find a passionate Occupational Therapist for their outpatient facility in Lawrenceville, Georgia. This full-time role focuses on providing specialized lymphedema treatment within a multidisciplinary team, including Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Speech-Language Pathologists. The approach emphasizes individualized, one-on-one treatment to help patients regain functional independence and safe mobility. Services are delivered in a state-of-the-art facility equipped with evidence-based tools to serve the diverse population of Gwinnett County.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.
• Licensed as an occupational therapist in the state of Georgia.
• Experienced and Certified as a Lymphedema Therapist.
• Responsible individual with a solid work ethic.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Current AHA BLS certification.

Nice To Haves

• Outpatient Occupational Therapist with experience evaluating and treating neurologic and orthopedic conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized treatment to patients with lymphedema.
• Evaluate and treat neurologic and orthopedic conditions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists).
• Focus on regaining functional independence and safe mobility for patients.
• Provide individualized one-on-one treatment.
