About The Position

Branches Portland is looking for an Outpatient Therapist to join their team. The Program Therapist will carry a caseload of 20 PHP/IOP patients, run group therapy for 20 hours per week, and meet individually with patients for treatment planning, aftercare planning, and crisis intervention. This is a full-time salaried position, Monday – Friday.

Requirements

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or equivalent, from an accredited college or university.
• CPR certification.
• Handle With Care training within 30 days of employment.
• Verbal De-Escalation training within 30 days of employment.
• Must be able to pass a competency exam for the area upon hire.

Nice To Haves

• 1+ years in behavioral health.
• Experience in group therapy.
• Experience in crisis intervention.
• Experience in treatment planning.
