About The Position

Merakey is seeking an Outpatient Therapist for its program in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The role provides individual and family therapy to children ages 3–18 and their families in an outpatient mental health clinic. The therapist provides psychotherapy and other mental health treatment, manages client services, and completes the associated clinical documentation and administrative tasks. The position requires working at least 15 hours per week and coming into the office at least once per month. Compensation is $30 or more per hour.

Requirements

• Master's degree.
• Ability to work 15 hours or more per week.
• Ability to come into the office at least once per month.

Nice To Haves

• 1–2 years of experience preferred.
• License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and family therapy to children ages 3–18 and their families.
• Provide psychotherapy and other mental health treatment methods in an outpatient mental health clinic.
• Manage client services.
• Complete clinical documentation, including treatment plans, therapy notes, and incident reports.
• Complete associated administrative tasks.
