We are currently seeking an Outpatient Therapist to facilitate Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) groups and provide exceptional care to our clients. Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in chemical dependency, psychology, social work, counseling, nursing (with a clinical specialty in human services), or a related field, with a clinical-based internship completed.
  • Experience working in behavioral health, outpatient treatment, or group therapy settings is preferred.
  • Experience with mental health and co-occurring disorders is strongly valued.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate group therapy sessions within an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for adults and/or adolescents with mental health and co-occurring disorders
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide psychoeducation and therapeutic interventions to support client progress and recovery
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and insurance reviews
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure continuity of care
  • Communicate and coordinate treatment with referral sources, families, and external providers as appropriate
  • Maintain a minimum average of 25 billable sessions per week while meeting program needs
  • Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development opportunities
  • Perform additional duties as needed to support clinical operations
