Outpatient Therapist (LMHP LCSW)- Hybrid/Telehealth
About The Position
This role is designed for therapists who are feeling burned out by high caseloads, constant admin work, or lack of support. At Good Neighbor Community Health Center, therapists are set up to focus on clinical care, not paperwork overload or unrealistic productivity expectations. This position offers sustainable caseloads with a typical schedule of 6-7 client sessions per day, allowing time for documentation and quality care. It provides hybrid flexibility with a mix of telehealth and in-person sessions based on your schedule and patient needs. The role includes dedicated case management and administrative support for scheduling and coordination, and an integrated care model where you work alongside medical providers in a collaborative, team-based setting. Clinical supervision is available, with strong support for provisionally licensed therapists. This is mission-driven work serving patients who truly need care, without the pressure of private practice overhead.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field
- Nebraska license (or eligible): LMHP, LIMHP, LCSW, PLMHP, or PLCSW
- Provisionally licensed therapists are encouraged to apply
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient therapy to children, adolescents, and adults
- Complete assessments and develop treatment plans
- Deliver services both in-person and via telehealth
- Collaborate with medical and care teams
- Maintain timely documentation
- Connect patients with community resources
