National Counseling Group (NCG), an ncgCARE partner, is seeking an Outpatient Therapist to join our team. The Outpatient Therapist plays a vital role in our mission to deliver coordinated, individualized care to our communities. As an Outpatient Therapist , you will provide: Case Management Services: Coordinate and manage services for clients, ensuring they have access to necessary resources and support. Service Plans: Develop individualized, written service plans to address clients’ specific needs and goals. Crisis Intervention: Provide immediate support and intervention during mental health crises. Evaluations and Assessments: Conduct psychological evaluations and write diagnostic assessments, including those for behavioral, substance abuse, and economic self-sufficiency issues. Facilitate Wraparound Meetings: Organize and lead team meetings to ensure coordinated care among providers and natural supports. Compensation This role is compensated on a variable rate model, designed to reward productivity while providing consistent earning opportunity through established referral volume. Compensation: $51,993 - $73,494 Placement within the range is based on licensure level, education, and experience. This is a variable rate non-exempt position with unlimited earning potential. Requirements

  • Must be licensed or license-eligible in Virginia (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Resident in Counseling).
  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy sessions
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with care teams as needed
  • Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards
  • Participate in supervision (if applicable based on licensure level)
