We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Outpatient Therapist to join our growing outpatient team. The Outpatient Therapist provides individual, family, and/or group therapy services to children, adolescents, and adults experiencing emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges. The Outpatient Therapist works collaboratively with clients, families, community partners, and interdisciplinary professionals to support positive outcomes and promote long-term wellness.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy or a related behavioral health field
  • Pennsylvania license or license eligibility (LPC, LSW, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent)
  • Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
  • Commitment to providing culturally responsive and client-centered care
  • Pennsylvania Child Abuse Clearance (Act 151)
  • Pennsylvania State Police Criminal Background Check (Act 34)
  • FBI Criminal Background Check
  • Professional Liability Insurance

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality individual, family, and group therapy services
  • Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and participate in treatment planning
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment goals
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation, including: progress notes, treatment plans, outcome measures, discharge summaries and intake assessments
  • Monitor client progress and evaluate intervention effectiveness
  • Collaborate with families, schools, healthcare providers, and community egencies as appropriate
  • Participate in case consultations and interdisciplinary team discussions
  • Maintain compliance with all agency, state, and professional standards
  • Perform other duties as assigned
