Outpatient Therapist
About The Position
Northeast Family Services (NFS) is seeking Outpatient Therapists to join their growing team. NFS is a premier provider of behavioral health services in the region, offering competitive rates and incentives for on-site services at their 5 Massachusetts locations. Therapists work collaboratively with clients to help them realize their full potential through individual, couple, family, and group psychotherapy. The role offers flexible scheduling with options for 5 to 30-hour weeks, and both full-time salaried and flexible hourly fee-for-service (FFS) positions are available. All clinicians are W-2 employees, with full-time clinicians receiving guaranteed salary compensation. Requirements
- Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field required
- Will have Independent Clinical License within 2 years
- Requires excellent time-management skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to manage one's own schedule with client outreach
- Able to work in one of our 5 office locations: North Andover, Dorchester, Fall River, Worcester, West Springfield
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
- Access to a laptop or CPS, high speed secure internet, and a phone required for FFS positions
- Access to high speed secure internet required for Full Time positions

- Afternoon and evening availability is a plus!
Responsibilities
- Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy
- Conduct intake assessments and determine appropriate levels of care
- Develop personalized treatment plans that create real change
- Coordinate care with families, medical providers, and community partners
- Maintain documentation in our user-friendly EHR system
- Participate in case consultations and team meetings as needed
- Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic support when necessary
