Outpatient Therapist
About The Position
Northeast Family Services (NFS) is a growing behavioral health provider seeking an Outpatient Therapist. The role involves collaborating with clients to help them realize their full potential through various therapeutic approaches. NFS offers competitive rates, incentives for on-site services, and a choice between full-time salaried roles or flexible hourly fee-for-service positions. All clinicians are W-2 employees. Bilingual and hourly opportunities are available. The position offers a summer schedule with early Friday closures from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Full-time employees are eligible for a $3,000 stay-on bonus after completing the probationary period.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field required
- Will have Independent Clinical License within 2 years
- Excellent time-management skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable managing your schedule and caseload
- Must be able to provide services in-office
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
- Access to a laptop or CPS, high speed secure internet, and a phone required for FFS positions
- Access to high speed secure internet required for Full Time positions
Nice To Haves
- Current license in the state of Massachusetts a plus
- Afternoon and evening availability is a plus

Responsibilities
- Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy
- Develop personalized treatment plans that create real change
- Coordinate care with families, medical providers, and community partners
- Maintain documentation in our user-friendly EHR system
- Participate in case consultations and team meetings as needed
- Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic support when necessary
