About The Position
Envision Counseling, an ncgCARE partner, is seeking an Outpatient Therapist to join their team. The mission is to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care across multiple service types. In this role, the therapist will lead critical aspects of client care, including offering case management, crisis intervention, psychological evaluations, and wraparound team support. Requirements
- Must be licensed in Virginia (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT).
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities
- Provide individual and family therapy using evidence-based treatment approaches.
- Conduct clinical assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and establish appropriate diagnoses.
- Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans that support client goals and progress.
- Collaborate with clients, families, and care teams to coordinate services, provide crisis support, and ensure quality care.
