About The Position

Southwestern Behavioral Healthcare is currently seeking a full-time Outpatient Therapist to add to our team of professionals. This position will be at our office in Posey County. The role involves providing individual, family, and group therapy to children and adults on an outpatient basis, including both mental health and addictions treatment. The position also includes clinical assessment, crisis intervention, and treatment services to assigned outpatient populations to ensure the delivery of excellent patient care.

Requirements

• Master of Social Work (MSW) degree.
• Active Indiana LSW, LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC licensure.
• Knowledge of relevant clinical issues and 12-step programs.
• Must pass required background checks including county/state checks, fingerprinting, CPS check, sex offender registry check, and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family and group therapy to children and adults on an outpatient basis.
• Provide mental health and addictions treatment.
• Provide clinical assessment, crisis intervention and treatment services to assigned outpatient populations.
