About The Position

Real Help, a division of Northeast Family Services, is seeking passionate Licensed Clinicians in Massachusetts for a 100% telehealth role. They offer flexible hourly fee-for-service positions as W-2 employees, providing support, flexibility, and stability. Requirements

• Masters Level OR Licensed Clinician in MA (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC or LMFT)
• Compassionate, motivated clinician seeking flexibility and meaningful work
• Comfortable managing your schedule and caseload
• Availability that includes some evenings or weekends
• Strong documentation and time-management skills
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Access to a laptop or CPS, high speed secure internet, and a phone required.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy via telehealth
• Conduct intake assessments and determine appropriate levels of care
• Develop personalized treatment plans that create real change
• Coordinate care with families, medical providers, and community partners
• Maintain documentation in our user-friendly EHR system
• Participate in case consultations and team meetings as needed
• Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic support when necessary
