As a key member of the Northpoint team, the Therapist/Counselor will oversee therapeutic services for a caseload of clients, acting as the treatment plan coordinator for the multi-disciplinary team in developing and implementing master treatment and discharge plans. The role involves providing individual, group, and family therapy, actively communicating with support staff, treatment teams, and outside agencies on client and family issues, and completing all associated documentation professionally and in a timely manner.
