About The Position

The Outpatient Staff Pharmacist reviews and verifies prescriptions, conducts clinical reviews, completes patient counseling, administers vaccinations, and serves as a drug information resource to patients, medical staff, nursing staff and ancillary department personnel. Compounds and dispenses prescribed medications and other pharmaceuticals. Supervises and directs pharmacy technicians, interns and support personnel.

This role will be casual/PRN pharmacist position in our outpatient/retail pharmacy locations in Ontario and Crestline, Ohio.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Pharmacist in good standing in the State of Ohio.
• Graduated from an accredited School of Pharmacy.
• Doctor of Pharmacy degree or Bachelor of Science degree of equivalent.
• Current BLS, immunization provider certifications.
