As a Registered Nurse in Urologic Gynecology, you’ll be an integral part of a specialized ambulatory practice focused on caring for female patients with complex urologic needs. This role supports patients being treated for conditions such as pelvic organ prolapse, urinary incontinence, and other urologic concerns requiring medical or surgical intervention. Working closely with an experienced physician and care team, you’ll contribute to a high‑quality, patient‑centered experience in a fast‑paced outpatient setting. In this position, RNs play a hands‑on clinical role by assisting with and performing procedures such as cystoscopies, urodynamic testing, and bladder Botox injections. Additional responsibilities include triaging patient concerns, managing in‑basket communication, supporting providers during clinic visits, and assisting with prior authorizations and medication denials. Nurses with prior clinical exposure are encouraged to apply, with structured orientation and training provided. Requirements

  • Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio and/or Current Registered Nurse license in good standing with a multi-state compact state.
  • BLS certification

Responsibilities

  • Performs initial, ongoing, and functional health status assessment as applicable to the population and or individual.
  • Based on nursing diagnoses and collaborative problems, documents planned nursing interventions to achieve outcomes appropriate to patient needs.
  • Evaluates and documents response to nursing interventions and achievement of outcomes at appropriately determined intervals; as part of a multidisciplinary team, revises plan of care based on evaluative data.
  • Actively participates in process improvement activities to achieve targeted measures of clinical quality, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.
  • As a High Reliability Organization (HRO), responsibilities require focus on safety, quality and efficiency in performing job duties.
