We are seeking an experienced RN to join our Neurology team specializing in Multiple Sclerosis (MS) care at Riverside. In this role, you will support a highly specialized patient population with complex, chronic neurological conditions, helping guide them through long-term treatment plans and ongoing care. This position offers the opportunity to build meaningful, lasting relationships with patients while working in a collaborative, interdisciplinary environment dedicated to delivering comprehensive neurological care. In this fast-paced outpatient setting, you will provide clinic support during scheduled appointments while also managing a variety of care coordination responsibilities. Your work will include handling prior authorizations for medications and procedures, assisting with disability paperwork and durable medical equipment needs, and supporting infusion approvals and denials. This role blends clinical expertise with case management, allowing you to play a critical role in ensuring patients receive timely, appropriate care. The ideal candidate is a compassionate, detail-oriented RN with strong clinical judgment and experience in ambulatory care, case management, or a neuro-related specialty. This is a unique opportunity to join a well-established, in-demand program where teamwork, collaboration, and relationship-building are central to delivering exceptional patient care!
