About The Position

Join an energetic, patient-focused team! Outpatient Imaging Culpeper is currently seeking an experienced Administrator for a Full-time position at our outpatient imaging center located in Culpeper, Virginia. Under the direction of the Regional Administrator, the Administrator: Comprehensive knowledge of business practices and budgeting, accounting, and supervisory techniques. Working knowledge of clinical and support service operations, the ability to plan and direct the work of others, and to develop and implement effective administrative policies and procedures. A comprehensive knowledge of modern business and leadership practices is required. Current working knowledge of medical and/or imaging billing, billing regulations, preauthorization practices, as well as registration, scheduling, and (TOS) time of service collections processes. A working knowledge of imaging accreditation and applicable industry regulations (ACR, Medicare, etc.). Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing. Possess the ability to develop program objectives and deadlines and work within approved budget. Proficiency in computer applications, to include MS Office Suite. Requirements

  • Extensive management experience in hospital, healthcare, or related setting.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading Performance Improvement initiatives.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of modern business practices and budgeting, accounting, and supervisory techniques.
  • Clinical Management experience (ARRT certification) and/or a degree in business or related field is required.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, to include MS Office Suite.

Nice To Haves

  • A Certified Radiology Administrator (CRA) designation is highly preferred
