About The Position
WVU Medicine, West Virginia University Health System Medical Group (WVUHS Medical Group) is actively recruiting for a Pulmonary & Sleep Medicine Physician at Wheeling Hospital in Wheeling, WV. Depending on operational needs, the successful candidate may also be assigned to provide services to other outreach locations and the sleep lab. The West Virginia University Health System is the state’s largest health system and largest private employer, comprising 18 hospitals throughout the state and bordering states. It also includes five institutes and provides management services for other local hospitals through affiliate agreements.
Requirements
- Must have an MD or DO degree or foreign equivalent.
- Must be eligible for state medical license.
- Must be board certified / eligible in Sleep Medicine.
- All qualifications must be met by the time of appointment.
Responsibilities
- Practice in the areas of pulmonology & sleep medicine.
- Provide services to other outreach locations and the sleep lab, depending on operational needs.
