About The Position

Mindpath Health is hiring an outpatient psychiatrist to provide mental health care to patients of all ages in a supported group-practice setting. The practice treats a wide range of mental health diagnoses and provides medication management and psychotherapy; TMS and Spravato services are available in certain locations. Clinicians work with other psychiatrists, advanced practice providers, and therapists, with front-office, administrative, scheduling, billing, marketing, and technology support.

The role offers a hybrid mix of in-person and telemedicine appointments and a Monday–Friday outpatient schedule with no nights or weekends. Flexible full-time options are available. The advertised MD/DO base salary is $327,000 or more, with the ability to earn incentives. Relocation and loan repayment programs are available for those coming out of training. The posted salary range is an estimate based on current clinicians’ average earnings; actual income may vary based on production, hours, ramp-up time, experience, and licensure, with final compensation discussed during interviews.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree.
• Fully licensed in the state of practice.
• Board eligible or board certified in Psychiatry.
• Active DEA license.

Responsibilities

• Provide medication management and psychotherapy.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a variety of mental health conditions.
• Use electronic health records and technology platforms as part of the role.
