About The Position

Iris Telehealth is seeking a passionate Psychiatrist (MD/DO) for a fully remote, outpatient opportunity to provide high-quality behavioral health care. This role involves treating patients ages 18+ with various mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, ADHD, schizophrenia, mood disorders, and co-occurring disorders. The position offers a flexible 40-hour work week, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM CST, with dedicated administrative time. Clinicians will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team and benefit from comprehensive administrative, operational, and telehealth support. There are no on-call duties or NP supervision required. The role is 100% remote and based out of an Illinois outpatient clinic setting.

Requirements

Completion of a 4-year ACGME-accredited Psychiatry residency.
Active Illinois medical license or active IMLC license required.
Availability for 40 hours per week during CST business hours.
Experience and comfort treating patients across varying acuity levels.
Experience treating adults ages 18+.
Reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory.

Nice To Haves

Telehealth experience preferred.
Experience using Epic is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality behavioral health care to patients ages 18+ in an outpatient setting.
Treat patients with diagnoses including depression, anxiety, ADHD, schizophrenia, mood disorders, co-occurring disorders, and other general mental health conditions.
Conduct initial evaluations (60 minutes) and follow-up appointments (20 minutes).
Utilize Epic EMR system for patient charting.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of experts in psychiatry, neurology, and psychology.
Focus on patient care with support from a robust administrative and telehealth team.
Complete 60 minutes of administrative time per day.
