About The Position

Iris Telehealth is seeking a passionate Psychiatrist (MD/DO) for a fully remote opportunity to provide high-quality behavioral health care. This role involves treating patients ages 18+ in an outpatient setting, with a focus on conditions such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, schizophrenia, mood disorders, and co-occurring disorders. The position offers the flexibility of a Monday-Friday schedule, 40 hours per week, within CST business hours. Clinicians will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team and benefit from comprehensive administrative, operational, and telehealth support. The role is 100% remote and does not require on-call duties or NP supervision.

Requirements

Completion of a 4-year ACGME-accredited Psychiatry residency.
Active Illinois medical license or active IMLC license required.
Availability for 40 hours per week during CST business hours.
Experience and comfort treating patients across varying acuity levels.
Experience treating adults ages 18+.
Reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory.

Nice To Haves

Telehealth experience preferred.
Experience using Epic is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality behavioral health care to patients ages 18+ in a 100% remote outpatient setting.
Treat a range of diagnoses including depression, anxiety, ADHD, schizophrenia, mood disorders, and co-occurring disorders.
Conduct initial evaluations (60 minutes) and follow-up appointments (20 minutes).
Utilize Epic EMR for patient charting.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of experts in psychiatry, neurology, and psychology.
Focus on patient care with support from a robust administrative team.
