About The Position

LifeStance Health is hiring Adult or Child Psychiatrists for outpatient clinics in the Killeen, Texas area. Psychiatrists provide care in an outpatient setting and are expected to have experience in medication management as well as therapy. Roles may use a hybrid model, but require in-office time weekly. The position offers flexible schedules, no call or weekends, administrative support, modern offices, digital technology, and a collegial work environment. Compensation is productivity-based, with an annual cash bonus incentive plan.

Requirements

• Active Texas Medical License.
• Unencumbered DEA.
• Experience in medication management as well as therapy.
• Board Certified or truly Board Eligible.
• Open to a hybrid work model with weekly in-office time.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient psychiatric care.
• Provide medication management and therapy.
• Work in the office on a weekly basis, including when using the hybrid model.
