About The Position
Serenity Healthcare is hiring an Outpatient Psychiatrist for its Houston–Galleria, Texas clinic. Serenity describes itself as the largest, fastest-growing physician-owned interventional psychiatry practice in the United States. The physician-owned and operated practice aims to reduce psychiatrists’ administrative work so they can focus on patient care. It provides interventional treatment options, including TMS and ketamine infusion therapy, and states that it achieves best-in-industry patient outcomes. The role is outpatient only, with no call responsibility. The practice offers paid training for Brainsway Deep TMS certification, a clinical support ratio of eight staff members to each provider, and flexible scheduling with a four- or five-day work week. Serenity also offers quarterly events and annual retreats, including trips to locations such as the Bahamas and Hawaii.
Requirements
- Board eligibility or certification by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.
- Licensed, or willing to become licensed, in the state where the clinic is located.
- Unencumbered DEA registration.
- Clean criminal background.
- Must be a United States citizen or hold a Green Card.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient psychiatric care focused on helping patients heal.
