About The Position

Fairfax Behavioral Health has been a cornerstone of mental health care in the Greater Seattle/Puget Sound areas since 1930. Requirements

• MD/DO degree from an accredited program
• BC/BE in General Psychiatry
• Current Washington physician/medical license in good standing, or the ability to obtain required license
• Meet all credentialing criteria required by participating physicians
