About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) to provide outpatient rehabilitation services for orthopedic, neurological, and geriatric patients. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical assessment skills and experience developing individualized treatment plans.
Requirements
- Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy.
- Active Physical Therapist License.
- BLS Certification required.
- Outpatient Physical Therapy experience required.
- Experience with orthopedic, neurological, and geriatric populations required.
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform patient evaluations and develop treatment plans.
- Provide outpatient therapy for orthopedic, neurological, and geriatric patients.
- Conduct therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation treatments.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
- Maintain accurate documentation and clinical records.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to optimize outcomes.
