Requirements

Physical Therapy License Required
Motivated to work within a team-focused environment.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Balance, Vestibular and Concussion treatment.
Experience with Pelvic Health.
Experience with Orthopedic and Manual Therapy.
Experience with Custom Orthotics.
Experience with Integrative Dry Needling.
Trained and skilled in cupping, stim, integrative and functional dry needling, integrative manual therapy techniques.
Trained and skilled in BFR System and training.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional care to patients.
Work collaboratively within a team.
Participate in monthly meetings with the Clinical Director to review productivity, discuss challenging patients, and set personal and professional goals.
Attend weekly staff huddles to review company goals, celebrate milestones, and connect as a team.
Participate in weekly breakout meetings based on clinical and administrative roles to enhance learning and team bonding.
Contribute to PT licensing requirements and continuing education hours through weekly clinical meetings.
Utilize AI documentation tools.
Provide one-on-one patient care with tech assistance available.
