About The Position
At Sport Ortho Urgent Care, Physical Therapists are provided with the time, resources, and support to deliver high-quality conservative musculoskeletal care, avoiding burnout from unrealistic patient loads. Unlike high-volume clinics, PTs treat an average of 10 patients per day, allowing them to practice at the top of their license, spend meaningful time with patients, and achieve better outcomes. The company leads in innovative, value-based conservative care by utilizing Physical Therapists as direct access providers, positioning them as the front line of musculoskeletal care within a fully integrated orthopedic model. The core focus is to serve each other and patients through conservative care in musculoskeletal health. The model features collaborative care with Orthopedic Advanced Practice Providers (PA/NPs), Physical Therapy Assistants, and Orthopedic Surgeons under one roof. It offers top-of-field practice with in-house imaging, regenerative medicine, sports medicine, and urgent orthopedic care. Requirements
- Current Physical Therapy license
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Master’s degree
