Under the direction of the Director of Physical Therapy, this position supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. YMCA Outpatient Physical Therapists will provide rehabilitation services within the clinic in a manner consistent with our mission and values. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, evaluation and treatment of patients, regular communication with referral sources and modeling professional behavior. As an Outpatient Physical Therapist, you’ll work closely with patients ranging from adolescents to seniors, employing evidence-based practices to help them regain mobility, reduce pain, and enhance their quality of life. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, healthcare staff, and other therapists, to create personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs.
