About The Position

Valle Verde Pediatrics is seeking a full-time Pediatrician to join our practice in Poway, California. Build a path to your future with the largest pediatric practice in the nation! This is a full-time outpatient practice position, typically working 3 to 4 days a week from 8 AM to 5 PM. There is an optional opportunity for rounding. For the right candidate, there is leadership potential. No weekends are required, and office call is shared. An additional bonus opportunity is available. Valle Verde Pediatrics has been serving San Diego County families for close to 50 years. Located in Poway, we provide comprehensive healthcare in a personalized, private practice setting to families in the greater San Diego and North County Inland area. Requirements

M.D. or D.O. degree required
Successful completion of an Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) or American Osteopathic Association (AOA) approved post-graduate residency, or equivalent in Pediatrics
Current, Unrestricted license to practice medicine or the ability to obtain in the State of California
Current, Unrestricted DEA license or the ability to obtain in the State of California
Board Eligible or Board Certification in Pediatrics within five years of completing training
Meets all requirements to obtain medical staff membership and privileges as required
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required
