Requirements
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current Occupational Therapist license in the state of Florida.
- Ability to be accredited by all insurance payers.
- CPR certification, as required by the facility or state.
- Strong interpersonal, clinical, and documentation skills.
- Passion for resident care, progress, and functional independence.

Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluations and develop customized occupational therapy treatment plans.
- Deliver direct therapy to residents in a senior living setting.
- Improve residents’ performance in activities of daily living (ADLs), fine motor skills, and cognitive function.
- Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapy goals and strategies.
- Document resident progress and modify treatment plans based on response.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure integrated care.
