Relate Counseling Center is a non-profit community mental health center located in Minnetonka and Eden Prairie. Requirements
- Masters' degree in social work, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
- Experience working with Individuals, families, and/or couples in a clinical setting.
- Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems.
Nice To Haves
- Independent licensure (e.g. LICSW, LP, LMFT, or LPCC) preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Conduct Diagnostic Assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide ongoing psychotherapy services in an outpatient setting.
- Offer parent coaching to support treatment goals.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with clients and families to achieve therapeutic goals.
- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate the mental health services for clients.
- Work with providers through consultation and collaboration to best meet clients’ needs.
- Provide staff training, consultation or other presentations as needed.
