About The Position

An Outpatient Manager who excels in this role: Maintains staff schedule and ensures staffing for the program. Communicates with treatment team to ensure chart compliance. Work with the business office and the utilization review department to ensure payment for services. Maintains program and patient information and data to create reports, census, and assist the Business Office in reporting. Actively participate in the therapist’s discharge planning needs. Monitors and oversees the work performance of outpatient staff. Works closely with the Director of Outpatient Services to ensure program compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Clerical experience required
• CPR and de-escalation certification required within 30 days of hire

• Previous experience on an inpatient unit preferred
