Requirements

High School Diploma or GED or GED (Required)
Order tests using LIS and HIS.
Reviews test orders for accuracy and maintains QA records (submits monthly QA charts).
Maintains inventory and orders supplies.

Nice To Haves

Formal Phlebotomy training (Preferred)
Other Certified Phlebotomist 1-2 years of Customers Service in Healthcare Preferred
