Highlands Behavioral Health System is an 86 bed, acute care psychiatric hospital located in Littleton, CO. Highlands features individual units for adolescents, adults, and seniors, and offers inpatient acute care, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient programs. website: www.highlandsbhs.com. The Outpatient Group Therapist serves as core clinical provider within a structured, intensive behavioral health program treating adults with severe and persistent mental illness. The therapist delivers evidence-based group psychotherapy and psycho-education, conducts clinical assessments, monitors safety and treatment response, collaborates in a multidisciplinary environment to support patient stabilization and fundamental improvement. Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Clinical/Counseling Psychology or Social Services related field is required.
  • Prior experience working with a psychiatric mental health population, preferably in an inpatient or outpatient group setting.
  • LCSW or LPC, required
