About The Position

Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Family Medicine Physician in Richmond, Virginia. This is an outpatient-only Family Medicine role caring for patients across the lifespan, focusing on preventive care, chronic disease management, and continuity of care. The position is supported by a full administrative team structure, with no nights, no weekends, and no inpatient responsibilities. Physicians are interested in this role due to the Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM schedule, up to $50,000 in student loan repayment, a full outpatient panel, full clinical autonomy, CME reimbursement plus paid CME days, and relocation assistance available. The role is within an established outpatient primary care setting with a stable weekday schedule.

Requirements

• Board Certified Family Medicine Physician REQUIRED
• Active Virginia medical license REQUIRED
• Comfortable treating patients of all ages REQUIRED
• Strong outpatient primary care experience or training REQUIRED
• Collaborative and patient-focused clinical approach REQUIRED
• New graduates welcome

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient Family Medicine care for patients of all ages
• Manage preventive visits, chronic disease care, and acute primary care needs
• Maintain continuity of care within outpatient panel-based setting
• Collaborate with administrative and support teams to coordinate patient care
• Complete clinical documentation within outpatient practice environment
