About The Position

Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring an Internal Medicine Physician in Richmond, Virginia. This is a fully outpatient Internal Medicine role focused on adult primary care, offering the opportunity to build long-term relationships with an adult patient population. The position features a Monday-Friday schedule with no weekends or call responsibilities, and the physician will be supported by a full clinical team within an established outpatient setting with a manageable patient volume.

Requirements

• Board Certified Internal Medicine Physician REQUIRED
• Active Virginia medical license REQUIRED
• Comfortable managing adult outpatient primary care REQUIRED
• Strong chronic disease management and preventive care skills REQUIRED
• Comfortable managing up to 25 patients daily REQUIRED
• Collaborative and patient-focused clinical approach REQUIRED
• New graduates welcome

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient Internal Medicine care to adult patients
• Manage chronic disease treatment, preventive care, and adult primary care visits
• Maintain continuity of care within outpatient panel-based environment
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative support staff to coordinate care delivery
• Maintain documentation within outpatient practice workflows
