Requirements

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Eligible for Pennsylvania medical licensure
Active DEA license or ability to obtain
Strong clinical skills in outpatient primary care
Ability to work within a collaborative team based environment
Commitment to patient centered care

Responsibilities

Join an established primary care team with strong referral support
100 percent outpatient practice with shared call rotation
Collaborate with advanced practice providers in a team based setting
Provide comprehensive primary care including preventative services chronic disease management and acute care
Utilize integrated EMR system for efficient patient care

Maintain accurate and timely documentation
