About The Position

HireNow Staffing is actively recruiting a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for an exceptional outpatient anesthesia opportunity in Lynnwood, Washington, serving the North Puget Sound region. This full-time position combines highly competitive compensation with a schedule built around work-life balance. The CRNA will practice in a dedicated outpatient endoscopy center operating with a CRNA-only anesthesia team, working four 10-hour shifts per week. Compensation ranges from $270,000–$290,000, complemented by a $20,000 commencement bonus, generous PTO, comprehensive benefits, and more than $8,000 in employer contributions. Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia educational program.
  • Current Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification.
  • Current Washington State licensure and credentials required for CRNA practice, or eligibility to obtain them.
  • Strong anesthesia assessment, administration, monitoring, and airway-management capabilities.
  • Sound independent clinical judgment and commitment to patient safety.
  • Strong communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills.
  • Ability to provide anesthesia care effectively within an outpatient procedural environment.
  • Ability to work four 10-hour shifts per week.
  • Ability to practice onsite in Lynnwood, Washington.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver safe, high-quality anesthesia care for patients undergoing outpatient endoscopy procedures.
  • Conduct comprehensive pre-anesthesia evaluations and develop individualized anesthesia plans.
  • Administer and manage anesthesia throughout procedures.
  • Continuously monitor patient physiological status and respond appropriately to clinical changes.
  • Perform airway management and address anesthesia-related clinical needs.
  • Provide post-anesthesia assessment and support safe patient recovery.
  • Maintain accurate and timely anesthesia documentation.
  • Collaborate with gastroenterology providers, nurses, and other members of the procedural care team.
  • Promote efficient patient flow while maintaining high standards for quality and safety.
  • Follow applicable clinical protocols, regulatory requirements, and anesthesia practice standards.
  • Maintain required professional licensure, certification, and continuing education.
