Remote Outpatient Counselor (LPC/LCSW)

We are currently seeking a motivated and compassionate Remote Outpatient Counselor to join our team! The Outpatient Counselor will provide individual, family, and group therapy services to adults, children, and adolescents experiencing mental health and/or substance use challenges. This position is fully remote and offers flexibility while maintaining a supportive team environment.
Requirements
- Active Virginia LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Licensed Clinical Psychologist
- Ability to provide telehealth services throughout Virginia
- Strong clinical documentation skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Reliable internet connection and private workspace
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Medicaid populations
- Experience treating co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders
- Experience providing telehealth counseling services
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide individual, family, and group counseling services
- Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner
- Maintain compliance with DMAS, Medicaid, and insurance requirements
- Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals and community providers
- Participate in clinical supervision and team meetings
- Maintain ethical and professional standards at all times
