About The Position

This is a fee-for-service, 100% telehealth clinician role with flexible scheduling. The company, Real Help, aims to empower clinicians to do their best work with real support. They are looking for licensed clinicians in New York who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of children, adults, and families, all from the comfort of their homes. A language differential is provided for Spanish, Chinese, Korean, Russian, and Hindi speakers. The company offers a summer schedule with early closures on Fridays from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Requirements

Licensed Clinician (LMSW, LCSW, or LMHC) in New York
An experienced, compassionate, and driven clinician looking for work-life balance
Comfortable managing your own schedule and caseload
Flexible schedule with some evening and weekend availability
Skilled in time management and documentation
Access to a laptop or CPS, high speed internet, and a phone required.

Nice To Haves

Bilingual (Spanish) is a big plus!

Responsibilities

Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy via telehealth.
Conduct intake assessments and determine the best level of care.
Develop personalized treatment plans that create real change.
Coordinate care with families, medical providers, and outside agencies.
Maintain documentation in our user-friendly EHR system.
Participate in case management and team meetings as needed.
Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic support as necessary.
