About The Position
Real Help is seeking passionate, Licensed Clinicians in New York for a 100% telehealth clinician role. The company emphasizes empowering clinicians to do their best work on their own schedule with real support. This role involves making a difference in the lives of children, adults, and families from home. A language differential is provided for Spanish, Chinese, Korean, Russian, and Hindi speakers.
Requirements
- Licensed Clinician (LMSW, LCSW, or LMHC) in New York
- An experienced, compassionate, and driven clinician looking for work-life balance
- Comfortable managing your own schedule and caseload
- Flexible schedule with some evening and weekend availability
- Skilled in time management and documentation
- Bilingual (Spanish) is required
- Access to a laptop or CPS, high speed internet, and a phone required.

Responsibilities
- Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy via telehealth.
- Conduct intake assessments and determine the best level of care.
- Develop personalized treatment plans that create real change.
- Coordinate care with families, medical providers, and outside agencies.
- Maintain documentation in our user-friendly EHR system.
- Participate in case management and team meetings as needed.
- Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic support as necessary.
