About The Position

This is a fee-for-service, 100% telehealth clinician role with flexible scheduling. The company, Real Help, is looking for licensed clinicians in New York who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of children, adults, and families from home. A language differential is provided for Spanish, Chinese, Korean, Russian, and Hindi speakers. Requirements

• Licensed Clinician (LMSW, LCSW, or LMHC) in New York
• An experienced, compassionate, and driven clinician looking for work-life balance
• Comfortable managing your own schedule and caseload
• Flexible schedule with some evening and weekend availability
• Skilled in time management and documentation
• Bilingual (Spanish) is required
• Access to a laptop or CPS, high speed internet, and a phone required.

Nice To Haves

• Spanish, Chinese, Korean, Russian, and Hindi language skills (for differential pay)

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy via telehealth.
• Conduct intake assessments and determine the best level of care.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that create real change.
• Coordinate care with families, medical providers, and outside agencies.
• Maintain documentation in our user-friendly EHR system.
• Participate in case management and team meetings as needed.
• Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic support as necessary.
