About The Position

Real Help is seeking passionate, Licensed Clinicians in New York for a 100% telehealth clinician role. The company emphasizes empowering clinicians to do their best work on their schedule with real support. This role involves providing therapy to children, adults, and families from home, with a language differential provided for Spanish, Chinese, Korean, Russian, and Hindi speakers. Requirements

• Licensed Clinician (LMSW, LCSW, or LMHC) in New York
• An experienced, compassionate, and driven clinician looking for work-life balance
• Comfortable managing your own schedule and caseload
• Flexible schedule with some evening and weekend availability
• Skilled in time management and documentation

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual (Spanish) is a big plus!

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy via telehealth.
• Conduct intake assessments and determine the best level of care.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that create real change.
• Coordinate care with families, medical providers, and outside agencies.
• Maintain documentation in our user-friendly EHR system.
• Participate in case management and team meetings as needed.
• Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic support as necessary.
