About The Position

Northeast Family Services is offering a summer schedule with "Summer Fun Fridays" where the office closes at 12:30 PM every Friday from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Real Help is seeking passionate, Licensed Clinicians in New York for a 100% telehealth, fee-for-service, and flexible scheduling role. They aim to empower clinicians to do their best work with real support, making a difference in the lives of children, adults, and families from home. A language differential is provided for Spanish, Chinese, Korean, Russian, and Hindi speakers.

Requirements

• Licensed Clinician (LMSW, LCSW, or LMHC) in New York
• An experienced, compassionate, and driven clinician looking for work-life balance
• Comfortable managing your own schedule and caseload
• Flexible schedule with some evening and weekend availability
• Skilled in time management and documentation
• Access to a laptop or computer, high speed internet, and a phone required.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual (Spanish) is a big plus!

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy via telehealth.
• Conduct intake assessments and determine the best level of care.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that create real change.
• Coordinate care with families, medical providers, and outside agencies.
• Maintain documentation in our user-friendly EHR system.
• Participate in case management and team meetings as needed.
• Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic support as necessary.
